Hitters Bar & Grill is the newest addition to the businesses on Center Street in Kyle. I was able to sample a bunch of thier food the other day at a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador's B.A.S.H. They've got some good stuff like burgers and stuffed jalapeƱos, but I must say, the FRIED PICKLES are awesome.
On August 12 I took a photo of the business.. before I knew what it was. (http://kyledailyphoto.blogspot.com/2009/08/new-business.html) It's now open...
Oh.. and the only thing I should say about this photo is.. it would have been more authentic "Texas" if the cans were Lone Star or Shiner.

Hah...
Beer cans as wind chimes, that does say Texas...
And the other beers, those must be a Texas thing, I've never heard of them...
I supplied links.. they are both Texas brews. Shiner is outstanding and Lone Star is the choice of the "down home folks" kind of like Pabst Blue Ribbon....
I'd amend that to say Lone Star is the choice of "can't afford Shiner" folks. Of course, Shiner doesn't make a lager... wish they'd bring back the 99 already!
I can imagine Old Spice Man would do something like this. It certainly is a manly wind chime! How'd it stand against wind spinners like these? You be the judge!
