Here's the results of a little fire (thank God for Kyle Volunteer Fire Department) that happened a week or so ago between the highway (I-35) and the access road. THIS is what happens when an idiot throws a cigarette butt our the window when there's a big big big dry spell.

Awful. I just hope no one got hurt and that they caught the guy.
We have the same problem during our summers, but since Metro Manila is packed with people, what burns is usually shanties. Sometimes hundreds of them. =(
