Cross Plants and Produce (link) has some great plants, fruits, veggies and meats. They also have Spot and Shorty... the resident mini-donkey and mini-horse.

They've got a great new shirt at the shop too that says "Watch Me Kick & Watch Me Nay Nay" that is pretty fantastic. :)

On April 2, 2016 Concerts For A Cause kicked off their 2016 season with a benefit for Hays County ECI/Homespun at Down South Railhouse.

 

The show was from 5-8p (5-6 - Joey Alba / 6-8 - Lucas Cook)

We ventured out to the Longhorn pasture next to the Hyundai dealership in Kyle for Bluebonnet photos (you can see them in the background. and ended up taking a family portrait with the statues.

Weather and upkeep hasn't been their friends over the years... but they are still pretty darned cool.
