Migas from El Roble - Kyle Texas

One of my favorite Mexican Food places in Kyle used to be Los Vega... they closed last year after changing owners a few times and thus changing the recipes...and my enjoyment of the food..... well.. the space where Los Vega used to occupy opened back up a few months ago as "El Roble." I finally stopped in for breakfast and had their migas.

HIGHLY recommend.
